Drawing from my lived experience in long-term recovery, peer support, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed practices, I help clients identify what is no longer serving them, reconnect with their strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Together we explore practical tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, healthy relationships, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and client-led. I believe healing happens through safety, connection, honesty, and action.
