Hi, I’m Wade—meditation coach, Reiki Master, trauma whisperer, and former art teacher with a knack for helping people come back to life (their real life). I guide spiritual seekers, nervous system adventurers, and heart-centered humans toward healing, clarity, and abundance—one mindful breath and messy breakthrough at a time.

My journey? Well, let’s just say I’ve done the hard things. Diagnosed with HIV in 1995 and told I had six months to live, I’ve now got three decades of living, healing, and wisdom under my belt—and I’m just getting started. I’ve walked the long road through addiction recovery, religious rejection, queer trauma, and a few “what just happened?” life moments, including surviving anti-gay violence, family betrayal, and the inner critic Olympics.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t here just to survive—I’m here to transform. I became a California-certified Peer Support Specialist, a Reiki Master, and a meditation coach. I’ve trained with brilliant minds and hearts—Dr. Joe Dispenza, Jim Kwik, Sura Flow, Lisa K., Christine Sheldon, Vishen Lakhiani, Sonia Choquette—and I’ve spent years studying intuition, abundance, neuroplasticity, somatic healing, and the magic of simply slowing down.

Through my business, WadeEmpowers, I help people reinvent their lives without burning out or pretending to be someone they’re not. I mix grounded healing with spiritual sparkle—coaching, sound healing, nervous system regulation, and sometimes even watercolor paint—because healing doesn’t have to be all serious (but it is sacred).

I now live in Long Beach, California, with my beloved dog Rosie, a sense of humor I’ve earned, and a mission to help others stop performing and start belonging—to themselves, their bodies, and their purpose.
