About Me

I've lived more than one life. And I believe it's never too late to begin another.

My journey has taken me from homelessness, addiction, and trauma to recovery, reinvention, and a life filled with purpose and possibility. Along the way, I discovered that my most difficult experiences could become a source of hope and connection for others. Through Reiki and spiritual exploration, I also discovered a profound sense of inner peace and a new way of connecting with myself. Today, as the founder of Wade Empowers, a California Certified Peer Support Specialist, Reiki Master, and lifelong educator, I bring together lived experience, professional training, deep listening, and holistic practices to help others rediscover their strengths, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create lives that feel authentically their own. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here as a fellow explorer, walking beside you as you discover what's possible.
